December 4, 2025
Hello,
Lovely humans! We have another Sacred Feminine Collective gathering coming up THIS WEDNESDAY at Wild Sage Cohousing from 5pm, followed by a potluck for those who can stay.
This month, Yoga Therapist Jessa Buchalter will offer a session on "Befriending Your Nervous System." Jessa notes, "Yoga therapy goes far beyond physical movement. By integrating breath, body, and awareness, it helps regulate the nervous system and promote healing on emotional, cognitive, and physiological levels. Evidence increasingly supports its role in reducing anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm, making it a valuable addition to both personal well-being and mental health care. In this session, we’ll use story, guided meditation, movement and breath to help you get to know your nervous system and to find the practices that work to bring your system back towards balance."
This time, we'll end with a potluck. For those who register, we’ll send around a sign up form for the potluck so you can give us a sense of what you might bring so we make sure we don’t just have 10 guacamoles :-)
If you want to sign up for our December gathering or want to learn more up click here.
If you know others who might want to join, please feel free to send them the newsletter, or invite them to subscribe directly on the website:

COMMUNITY OFFERINGS
If you aren’t able to experience Jessa’s offering next week, or even if you are and you want more (which I am sure you will!) consider joining Jessa for her IFS + Yoga Group Therapy Series starting January 12th (every other Monday for 7 sessions). Jessa notes, “The body holds memory, emotion and wisdom. Together, we'll use gentle therapeutic yoga, breath, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy discussion and sharing to meet the parts of ourselves that live within each of the seven chakras.” Learn more here: https://www.longmontyogatherapy.com/workshops
